Is it allowed for a CA firm to approach new companies?
The ICAI restricts solicitation of professional work by members, so many firms use the data for introductions through their own networks, events and permitted communication rather than cold advertising. Check the current ICAI guidance for your practice.
Can I get only companies near my office?
The file can be limited to your states, and every row carries the registered office address with its PIN code, so sorting to your city takes one filter in a sheet.
