Common questions
What is a daily new company list?
A file with every company and LLP registered in India on a given day, delivered the next morning. Each row has the company name, CIN or LLPIN, date of incorporation, registered address, state, business activity, capital, and the directors with their DIN, plus director mobile and email where available.
Can I get companies registered today?
Yes. Besides the 6 am file with yesterday's registrations, a same-day file goes out at 3 pm IST with the companies registered earlier that day.
What happens on days with no registrations?
Sundays and some public holidays have few or no registrations. The log on this page shows those days as "nothing registered"; the next file picks up as soon as registrations resume.
How do I receive it?
As an email with a CSV or Excel attachment, as rows added to a Google Sheet every morning, or as a webhook into your own systems. You pick the states, and can filter by sector and capital.
